How to use PDF templates
Template
Choose a static PDF and add named variables. Place an area for each value on the correct page. A variable can appear in more than one area. Set an explicit date format for date fields.
Data
Import a CSV and map columns by name, or enter one record. Choose constants, a batch date or an explicit empty value where allowed. Keep dates in YYYY-MM-DD. Select which records to include.
Check and preview
Check all selected records, generate a real PDF preview and confirm the documents. Confirm the signature separately if used. Download the ZIP, which contains separate PDFs and a manifest. For one record, you can also download the PDF.
