How to use this tool

  1. Open the PDF

Choose a PDF up to 10 MB and 20 pages. Use the page controls to find the page you want to fill.

  2. Add a signature, text or date

Upload a JPG or PNG signature image, or send your cleaned signature from the signature tool. Add a text box or today’s date when you need them.

  3. Position the additions

Move the selected item on the page. Adjust the signature size or the text size and color, then check every page you changed.

  4. Download and check the PDF

Download the file and open it in your usual PDF viewer. Your additions become part of the exported page.

Before you upload

Can I change text that is already in the PDF?

You can add new text and dates over a page. This tool keeps the original text and page layout; it does not rewrite them.

Is the signature a digital certificate?

The tool places an image of your signature on the page. It does not create a certificate-based digital signature. Ask the recipient which kind of signature they accept.

Which PDFs are supported?

Use an ordinary PDF without password protection, interactive forms or an existing certificate signature. Those files are rejected to avoid changing their protected or interactive content.

Which text can I add?

Text supports Latin and Cyrillic characters in an embedded Inter font. You can use up to 30 text boxes, 500 characters and 8 explicit lines per box. Unsupported characters show an error; shorten or replace the text before exporting.

Are my files uploaded?

Document processing happens in your browser. Your PDF and signature image are not uploaded. The older pilot reports stay in this browser unless you export and share them. Optional ratings are sent when you submit them; usage statistics are sent only if you enable them.
